Yusuf Takes His Family to JMF by Riding Transjakarta

One of Jakarta Muharram Festival (JMF) visitors, Yusuf Ridwan (42), brought his wife Fitria (37) and his two children to attend the event by riding Transjakarta bus.

He and his family were enthusiastic right after the Transjakarta bus touched their final destination.
"We took the bus from Lebak Bulus shelter and finished at Balai Kota shelter. The bus is cheap and we do not need to find parking lot," he said, Saturday (8/31).

He also told that JMF is a positive event for people spending their weekend together with their family. The event is also good to gather with other visitors.
The JMF is filled with various entertainment such as torch parade, music, culinary, and so on.
"For me, it is good to build our togetherness," he added.
Similar thing was also stated by Gamal (54), citizen of Cileungsi, Bogor who came with his wife and his son by riding MRT from Lebak Bulus.
Gamal expressed that it is the first of time for his family to ride MRT.
"The train is so comfortable. Of course you won't face traffic jam," he said.
Gamal's family enjoyed visiting JMF since the event provided various activity such as entertainment and culinary festival.
"I hope this event can be held annually," he closed.
